※ At Voila Accounting and Admin, we start with WHY? ※
Any business can tell you what they do and how they do it and that information is helpful, and yet you may not feel compelled to partner with them. If facts and data were all that was required to run a successful business, then we would all be CEOs. The difference between businesses that launch and fail and businesses that thrive goes deeper than facts and data, right down to the very heart of the business itself.
There is a "why" behind every business. For Voila it was the desire to see small and mid-size business owners focus on their specialty while we focus on keeping the finances in order and in compliance.
Once we understand the 'why', we can start working on the 'how'. How do we bring your vision to fruition? How do we remove the tasks that are draining your soul, so that you can invest that energy into what makes you exceptional? How do we empower you to manage your finances on your own?
At Voila we are invested in your success. When we know where you're going and why, we will support your business from your paradigm. Projecting the vision of your brand in every task we do, ensuring consistent messaging to your clients.
Theresa K. Pittman
After gaining experience in advertising, dental laboratories, manufacturing and distribution, Theresa decided to no longer limit herself to a single employer. Being raised by and married to small business owners, she has a unique understanding of what it takes behind the scenes to make a business successful. It's more than tasks and duties, it's a different mindset.
Theresa has a passion for helping business owners achieve their goals, which is how she has developed a broad range of skills from creating forms, to setting up and converting accounting systems, to writing Quality Manuals. Her willingness to 'give it a shot' has helped her become a jack of many trades, but that does not mean she lacks mastery! She is currently pursuing her CPA through Grand Canyon University to offer a full suite of accounting services as well as bookkeeping and administrative services.
"I want to be a back office one-stop-shop for entrepreneurs offering accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative assistance to busy business owners who don't love a good bank reconciliation, like I do. I'm not trying to remodel a bathroom or treat termites - that why I need YOU! It takes a village to do damn near anything these days, I guess that makes us 'Village People'." ~Theresa
Her attention to detail and offbeat sense of humor will have your ship as tight as your abs, from all the laughing.
